Our Team

Andy Ure
Andy is the founder of The Journey Network. Andy's passion is to reach people with the Gospel and to help them discover, develop and deploy the gifts God has given them. He loves to teach the Bible in simple, creative and humorous ways that will reach the heart and minds of the listener. Andy trained at Kingdom Faith Bible College in 1995 and then went on to plant two churches in the highlands of Scotland and to pioneer a residential bible college with the emphasis on the Prophetic lifestyle. In 2007 Andy and his family moved to Hawaii to do further training with New Hope International and planted a church in Waikiki before returning to Scotland to plant churches. He has now set up the Journey network which is still in it's early stages of making disciples of the lost. Andy and Carla take teams from the Journey and other churches and train them. In making disciples they equip people to preach, heal and baptise others. To this end they travel around Scotland and other nations to help equip people to make disciples of Jesus Christ. Andy lives in Inverness with his beautiful wife Carla. He has four daughters and one son. In his free time you will see him hanging with his family.
